Definicija Goal Getter-a (Urban Dictionary) glasi da je to osoba koja se trudi da postigne svoj ultimativni cilj bez obzira na krajnji rezultat.

Svako od nas ima svoje ciljeve. Ako razgovarate sa bilo kim, uvidećete da ta osoba ima cilj koji bi želela da ostvari jednog dana. Ali većina ljudi zapravo ne radi ništa na tome. I onda ciljevi postaju samo snovi koji se nikada ne ostvare.
Po čemu se goal getter-i razlikuju od ostalih, pitate se? Da bi postigli svoj cilj, "goal getter-i ne sanjaju, oni rade svakog dana na onome što žele da ostvare. Ako i vi želite da postanete goal getter, evo nekoliko koraka koji vam u tome mogu pomoći.

1. Have a very specific goal
I will explain this step further. Let say you want to lose wait... It`s a goal, but it`s not very clear. It can be a few pounds, or more... So it`s not really specific. 2. Have a plan and routines
Every great battle starts with a plan. Achieving the goal can be overwhelming, because we want instant results and trying to do all at once. Of course, it`s not possible, so people tends to give up even before they start. But, goal getter don`t think that way. He makes plan and stick to it. 
Good plan includes:
- the goal
- course of action to reach the goal
- deadline to hit the goal
- daily plan to keep up the above 3
Don`t be trapped in your own feelings, just think of small thing you can do every day to achieve your goal. Then do it! Then think about small thing you can do tomorrow. Do it! Simple as that. - dnevni plan koji omogućava sprovođenje prve tri stavke
Najvažnije je se ne obeshrabrite. Razmislite koju sitnu stvar koje možete da učinite danas, a koji vas vodi do cilja. Onda je sprovedite u delo. Potom razmislite šta je to što možete učiniti sutra. I to sprovedite u delo! Zapravo je vrlo jednostavno. Činite to svakog dana i stvorite rutinu. Uz to, veoma je dobro da uz sebe uvek imate notes ili svoj planer, kako biste zabeležili svoje misli. They now it`s going to be a mistakes on the way, but they don`t get discouraged. Instead, they think about the mistake, why they make it and how to fix it. They are determined, persistent and patient, because every goal takes time.
