Leto kalendarski polako dostiže svoj vrhunac, ali kiša koja pada skoro svaki dan tera nas da zaboravimo da je odavno počelo i uzima nam sve one divne, duge dane pune zlatne svetlosti, svežih povetarca i varljivog ali divnog utiska da se leto nikada neće završiti.
U očekivanju zasluženog putovanja i odmora, utisak leta i mora uvukao se u svaki kutak mog doma sitnicama koje donose poeziju leta kroz mirise borova, citrusa i svežeg, tek ubranog cveća u bašti.
Ova simaptična vesla su dugo čekala na svoj trenutak i sada su ga najzad dobila. Uz malo truda, boje i kanapa postala su prave zvezde moje trpezarije i dodale joj šarm i miris peskovitih plaža.
Presvlake na stolicama upotpunile su kolor šemu sivog, belog i prirodne boje drveta, a ružno, zlatno ogledalo postalo je shabby savršenstvo koje dodaje tračak svetlosti u prostoru, jednako kao i lepa lampa koja je dobila počasno mesto među porodičnim fotografijama. Velika lanterna na stolu je preuzela ulogu vaze za vesele suncokrete i dodala letnje boje trpezarijskom stolu.
Na kraju, prava zvezda moje trpezarije je antikni sekretar sa komodom koji sam slučajno pronašla kod jednog trgovca nemeštajem i kupila skoro za bagatelu. Pojima nisam imala koliko je vredan dok nisam potražila podatke na internetu i saznala da je ovaj predivni komad zapravo engleski chippendale sa kraja 18 veka i da se na ebay prodaje za cenu od 6000-9000$!!!! Summer is slowly reaching its culmination, but the rain that falls almost every day makes us forget that summer started long ago and taking away from us all those wonderful, long days filled with gold shine, cool breezes and beautiful, but deceptive impression that the summer would never end.

These paddles waited long for his moment and now they finally got it. With a little effort, colors and rope they become the real stars of my dining room and added some coastal charm to it.
New chair covers complement the color scheme of gray, white and natural wood color palette and ugly gold mirror has become gray and white shabby perfection that adds a glimmer of light in space as well as a beautiful lamp that was given place among the family photos. Large lantern on the table, took the role of a vase for cheerful sunflowers who added colors of summer on a dining room table.
In the end, the real star of my dining room is an antique secretary cabinet which I found and bought. My friends, it was a good bargain. I didn`t know how valuable it is until I looked for information on the internet and found out that this wonderful piece is English George III mahogany secretary bookcase, circa 1800 and it` selling on ebay for a price of $ 6000-9000!!
