With the higher temps starting to take a stay, we`ve been craving for ice cream or some other cold & refreshing treats. But the products we can buy at a store are usually loaded with sugar and other strange named things which are not very good for out health. Best thing we can do is to make yummy and healthy treats using just fresh ingredients. This homemade frozen yogurt is delicious and healthy, so we can give to our children and be sure they are having they sweets, but something safe and healthy. They are great for us lades too, because they are not going to ruin our beautiful body and we can fit in our favorite bikini. :)
Kada stignu vreli dani koji deluju kao da nemaju kraja, svi žudimo za sladoledom ili nekom sličnom hladnom & osvežavajućom poslasticom. Ali proizvodi koje možemo da kupimo su obično puni šećera i dodataka čija imena ne možemo ni da izgovorimo i ne želimo da znamo od čega se prave... Ono što im je zajedničko je da su svi (manje ili više) štetni po zdravlje. Najbolje što možemo da učinimo je da sami napravimo ukusne i zdrave poslastice korišćenjem svežih namirnica. Ovaj domaći sladoled na štapiću je ukusan i zdrav i možemo da bez bojazni dati našoj deci. Tako će oni uživati u svom slatkišu, a mi ćemo biti sigurne da su dobili nešto kvalitetno i zdravo. Ovaj sladoled je odličan i za nas, drage moje jer on sigurno neće uništtiti našu liniju i sprečiti nas da se uvučemo u omiljeni bikini. :)
PEACH FROZEN YOGURT POPSICLE
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (10oz/ 280g) nonfat greek or plain yogurt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen peaches (roughly 3-4 peaches)
- 2 teaspoons honey
DOMAĆI SLADOLED OD BRESKVE
Sastojci:
- 1 šolja (280 gr) bezmasnog grčkog ili običnog jogurta
- 1 šolja svežih ili smrznutih breskvi (oko 3-4 breskve)
- 2 kašičice meda
RASPBERRY FROZEN YOGURT POPSicle
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (10oz/ 280g) nonfat greek or plain yogurt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 2 teaspoons honey
DOMAĆI SLADOLED OD MALINE
Sastojci:
- 1 šolja (280 gr) bezmasnog grčkog ili običnog jogurta
- 1 šolja svežih ili smrznutih malina
- 2 kašičice meda
KIWI FROZEN YOGURT POPSicle
- 1 cup (10oz/ 280g) nonfat greek or plain yogurt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 2 teaspoons honey
DOMAĆI SLADOLED OD KIVIJA
Sastojci:
Sastojci:
- 1 šolja (280 gr) bezmasnog grčkog ili običnog jogurta
- 1 šolja svežeg (oko 3-4 kivija)
- 2 kašičice meda
- In a blender add yogurt, fruit and honey. Blend until well combined.
- Pour into molds. Freeze for 4 hours or until frozen.
Priprema:
- U blender sipati jogurt, voće i med. Miksati dok se sve ne sjedini.
- Sipati u modle i staviti u zamrzivač oko 4 časa.
Notice:
If you don`t have molds, you can use a small paper cups. Pour, add popsicle stick and there you have it. When you want to serve it, just leave it for 10-15 minutes on room temperature and they will slide out easy.
Napomena:
Ako nemate modle, upotrebite male papirne ili plastične čaše. Sipajte smesu, odozgo ubacite štapić i gotovo. Pre serviranja ih izvaditi i ostavite na sobnoj temperaturi 10-15 minita. Držeći za štapić lagano ga zarotirajte nekoliko puta da se odlepi od čašice, izvucite i poslužite.
