If you have a food allergies, like I do, you have to make a lot of food yourself. Of course you can buy it, but this is not an cheap option.

For example I make my gluten free bread almost every day (because it a really small bread) and I used to bake it in a regular bread pan, so I have to use a baking paper to prevent it from sticking to a pan.
