Living room Y/N


I think I never really show you my living room... I am not to happy about it (because never finished what I wanted), not so proud, but it`s no too bad... Don`t know really... I did it a few years ago (few like 6, 7, 8...) and it was ok then... But, as you know I need to change things around all the time. Now maybe it`s time to change again... Take a look and tell me what you think? Changes Yes/No???

Čini mi se da vam nikada nisam pokazala moju dnevnu sobu... Nisam previše zadovoljna (jer nikada nisam ni završila sve što sam htela), ni previše ponosna, ali nije tako loša... Ne znam.. Preuredila sam je pre par godina (nekoliko znači 6,7, 8...) i tada je bila ok. Ali kao što sam već ranije rekla ja sam opsesivno kompulzivna po pitanju stalnih promena. Zato je možda došlo vreme za promene. Opet! Pogledajte i recite mi šta mislite. Promene Da/Ne???

Small wreath with a burlap rose


Last weekend I removed all traces of Christmas and all returned to their place. Since then I am constantly thinking about a new project which I'll tell you more when I'm sure what I want. Until I begin to realize what is really on my mind, I need to deal with something. I moved things a little, just to freshen up the look of the space and while I was moving, I got the idea to made a cute wreath with a burlap rose  and hang in the empty frame. This small wreath was long ago painted in white, and the frame was empty and crying out for the addition of something. OK, this is nothing significant really. That requires five minutes actually. You know me, I like it easy and fast.:))

Tek prošlog vikenda sam uklonila sve tragove praznika i vratila sve na svoje mesto. Od tada neprestano razmišljam o jednom novom projektu o kome ću vam reći više kada budem sigurna šta želim. Dok ne budem sigurna šta mi se mota po glavi, potrebno mi je da se nečim bavim. Malo sam premeštala stvari da osvežim izgled prostora i u tom premeštanju sam došla na ideju da prazan venčić dopunim jednom malom ružom od grubog materijala i okačim u praznom ramu. Venčić sam davno obojila u belo, a ram je bio prazan i vapio je za nekim dodatkom. Ništa specijalno, zaista. Mali  projekt koji zahteva pet minuta zapravo. Znate me, volim projekte koji se završe brzo i lako. :))

Oh, and I have to confess that fantastic smell of apple pie, cinnamon and vanilla completely distracts me. This is going to be a real treat!!  
Too bad you can`t join me. 

Ah da, moram da priznam da me fantastičan miris pite od jabuka, cimeta i vanil šećera potpuno dekoncentriše. Ovo će biti pravo uživanje!!

I love Tiramisu

If you like sweets like I do, I`m positive you love tiramisu. :)
I'm pretty addicted to sweets, so I decided to prepare to my dear boys, and me this lovely cake to enjoy it with a little afternoon coffee or tea.
I just love winter afternoons at home with my family, good book and of course, great dessert. Tiramisu is creamy, delicious dessert that melts in your mouth and gives pleasure to all the senses. The rich flavor of mascarpone cheese, heavy cream and rum and coffee flavors make it memorable. Best of all, it is quite fast and easy to make. 
Here is my recipe:

Integediens:

  1. 4 egg yolks
  2. 100 gr sugar powder
  3. 500 gr mascarpone cheese
  4. 250 ml cream
  5. 2 packages of lady fingers (48 pieces)
  6. 2,5 dl of black or instant coffee
  7. rum
Procedure:

Blend
egg yolk with powdered sugar and let it cook on steam until it thickens. Once it is well cooled, add mascarpone cheese and whisk again. Separately whisk cream and add to the previous mixture and whisk again.

Dip the sponge fingers in coffee (add rum in coffee) and put them on tray. Use half of sponge fingers-two rows of 12 pieces, then put the cream, then another layer of sponge finger and rest of the cream. Sprinkle cake with cocoa for decoration. Done! Yammy!!


Ako volite slatkiše kao ja, sigurna sam da obožavate tiramisu. :)
Ja sam prilično ovisna o slatkišima, pa sam odlučila da mojim dragim dečacima, a i sebi priredim jedno malo uživanje uz popodnevnu kafu ili  čaj. 
Obožavam duga zimska popodneva kod kuće sa porodicom uz dobru knjigu i naravno divan dezert. Tiramisu je kremast, ukusan dezert koji se topi u ustima i pruža uživanje za sva čula. Bogat ukus maskarpone sira i slatke pavlake uz aromu ruma i kafe čine ga nezaboravnim. Najbolje od svega je što se pravi zaista brzo i jednostavno. 
Evo i mog recepta:

Sastojci:

  1. 4 žumanca
  2. 100 gr šećera u prahu
  3. 500 gr maskarpone sira
  4. 250 ml slatke pavlake
  5. 2 veća pakovanja piškota (48 komada)
  6. 2,5 dl kuvane jake crne ili nes kafe
  7. rum
Postupak: 
IUmutite žumanca sa prah šećerom i kuvajte na pari dok se ne zgusne. Kada se krema ohladi dodajte maskarpone sir i ponovo umutite. Posebno umutite slatku pavlaku pa je dodajte prethodnoj kremi i još jednom sve umutite.

Umačite piškote u kafu (kojoj ste dodali rum) i slažite ih na tacnu. Upotrebite polovinu piškota (dva reda po 12 komada), premažite polovinom krema, poređajte još dva reda piškota i završite ostatkom krema. Pospite kakaom za dekoraciju. Gotovo. Mljac!!
